★Utensil, Wine Opener, Pizza Cutter, Cookware, Dinnerware, Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Wash Cloth, Shampoo, Body Wash, Dish Wash, Laundry Detergent, Kitchen Towel, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags etc are provided. (I did not list a lot of smaller kitchen items here, please feel free to ask if you need specific kitchen items like "tupperware", "vegetable grater", "plastic wrap/foil" etc)
★ Kids friendly, there are two bunk beds on the ground floor. The living room is stocked with toys, Legos, books, board games and so on. There is also baby gates for stairs in the living room. Baby high chair is also available.
★ There is a working desk inside the master bedroom with a couple of outlets on the side to charge your laptop or monitors. Wifi speed is 500Mbps.
★ Views of pine forest from living room and patio.
★ High end Advanced Elements inflatable double kayak available for guest to use, together with two life jackets and paddles.
★ This home is located in the Silver Strike complex. The unit is 300 feet away from the communal parking lot. The pathway is uncovered, it may be icy during the winter months.
★ The Silver Strike Condo Complex is located just east of the new village at Northstar; 1/4 mile away from a variety of shops, restaurants, ice skating, snow play area and gondolas. The recreation center is open year round and available to rental guests for a $5 fee. Amenities include a year round pool, hot tubs and gym, kiddie pool, tennis court, basketball court, kids play ground and so on.

Additional notesThe townhome/condo is 1332 sqft with 3 stories, there are two bedrooms at the first floor and one bedroom at the third floor.
There is no garage parking. Uncovered parking is available in common parking lots for free. Parking lot is about 300 feet away from the property.
There is No AC for cooling in the unit.
We also provide an inflatable kayak for our guest to use, it is stored in the outside storage room. It takes 5 minutes to set up. The kayak is 47lb. Two life jackets and two paddles are also available.
House Rules:
◘ Checkin Time: 4pm ($30 extra charge for two hours early checkin)
◘ Checkout Time: 10am ($30 extra charge for two hours late checkout)
◘ Quiet Hours: Please do not play loud music after 10pm.
◘ No shoes on the carpet. $200 fine will be charged if carpet is damaged.
◘ Sorry No PETS ALLOWED.
Guest interactionI will prefer communicating on the platform. Panpan is my cohost and she will help me reply most of the messages. However feel free to text or call me if there is an emergency. I will try my best to reply messages, but I may not reply your message timely between 9pm to 8 am.
You can expect a quick response to questions, but you will have privacy during your stay. If any maintenance is needed we will do our best to get someone there same day.

Getting aroundYou can park anywhere in the communal lot. Please make sure to put a parking pass on your dashboard during your stay, two parking pass can be found on the kitchen counter. The parking pass are laminated, please use the marker to write down the date and leave them on the kitchen counter before you leave.
There is a thirty second walk from the communal parking lot to the front door. The pathway is uncovered, it may be icy during the winter months.
It takes 5 minutes to walk to Northstar Village and Ski Lift. You can also call to ask for a shuttle pick up. Ski shuttle is free and runs from 7am-10pm daily.
