★ Smart TV with Prepaid Netflix, HBO Max, Disney Plus.
★ Outdoor Sofa Chairs, Outdoor Dining Sets, BBQ Grill. (Guest is responsible for refilling the propane tank for BBQ Grill, host will reimburse.)
★ Quiet and Safe Residential Location with Paved Road Access.
★Gorgeous View Morro Rock and Alta Peak.
★Parking is allowed in the driveway only, not on the street. The driveway accommodates three vehicles.
★The only reliable cell service in 3Rivers is AT and T. It works at the house and in most of Three Rivers.
★Keurig espresso machine with K-Cup provided. Not working with ground coffee.
★Utensil, Wine Opener, Pizza Cutter, Cookware, Dinnerware, Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Wash Cloth, Shampoo, Body Wash, Conditioner, Dish Wash, Laundry Detergent, Kitchen Towel, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags etc are provided. (I did not list a lot of smaller kitchen items here, please feel free to ask if you need specific kitchen items like "tupperware", "vegetable grater", "plastic wrap/foil" etc)

◘ No shoes inside the house.
◘ Quiet Hours: Please do not talk loudly in the backyard after 10pm.
◘ Backyard Lights: Turn off the backyard lights before going to sleep. Also turn off the patio string lights.
◘ Hot Tub or Pool: No food or glassware around the hot tub or pool.
◘ PETS: We do allow small dogs, please ask before you book. There is a $40 extra cleaning charge for each pet. We just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew on the furniture. Pets are not allowed to go to the bed or sofa. Not leaving the pets alone in the house unless put them in crate. SORRY NO CATS ALLOWED.

I will prefer communicating on the platform. Panpan is my cohost and she will help me reply most of the messages. However feel free to text or call me if there is an emergency. I will try my best to reply messages, but I may not reply your message timely between 9pm to 8 am.

You can expect a quick response to questions, but you will have privacy during your stay. If any maintenance is needed we will do our best to get someone there same day.

Neighborhood overview

Most of the homes on Dinely Drive are older, built as honeymoon homes/cabins in the the 1940s for returning veterans. On Dinely, you are within 5 miles of the entrance to Sequoia National Park. Mineral King Road is even closer and leads to endless hiking and numerous camping spots. There is a great mountain biking area with miles of trails off Skyline Drive, just 10 minutes from the house.

Getting around

The town of Three Rivers has grocery stores, restaurants, coffee spots with free Wi-Fi, and local artist co-ops. It is a 7-10 minute drive into town from the house.
Sequoia Shuttle reservations can be made for transportation from Three Rivers to Sequoia National Park during the summer months. See Sequoia Shuttle website for details.
