◘ Quiet Hours: Please do not talk loudly in the backyard after 10pm.
◘ Backyard Lights: Turn off the backyard lights before going to sleep.
◘ Hot Tub: No food or glassware around the hot tub.
◘ PETS: We do allow small dogs, please ask before you book. There is a $30 extra cleaning charge for each pet. We just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew on the furniture. Pets are not allowed to go to the bed or sofa. Not leaving the pets alone in the house unless put them in crate. SORRY NO CATS ALLOWED.

★Utensil, Wine Opener, Pizza Cutter, Cookware, Dinnerware, Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Wash Cloth, Shampoo, Body Wash, Conditioner, Dish Wash, Laundry Detergent, Kitchen Towel, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags etc are provided. (I did not list a lot of smaller kitchen items here, please feel free to ask if you need specific kitchen items like "tupperware", "vegetable grater", "plastic wrap/foil" etc)

I will prefer communicating on the platform. Panpan is my cohost and she will help me reply most of the messages. However feel free to text or call me if there is an emergency. I will try my best to reply messages, but I may not reply your message timely between 9pm to 8 am.

You can expect a quick response to questions, but you will have privacy during your stay. If any maintenance is needed we will do our best to get someone there same day.
Neighborhood overview
Private and quiet neighborhood. Property has great mountain views both front and back. 5 minutes drive to Joshua Tree Visitor Center, Joshua Tree Saloon, Natural Sisters Cafe or farmers market.
