House Rules

◘ No shoes inside the house.
◘ PETS: We do allow small dogs, please ask before you book. There is a $40 extra cleaning charge for each pet. We just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew on the furniture. Pets are not allowed to go to the bed or sofa. Not leaving the pets alone in the house unless put them in crate. SORRY NO CATS ALLOWED.

The space
★ This modern house is 1800 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Open floor plan with undisrupted 180 degree view, surrounded by Joshua Trees. Modern kitchen with high end appliance. This house is a brand new construction.

★ We will start heat the pool from 8am on the day and turn it off at 9pm, if guest paid the pool heating.

★ 3 king beds. The house can accommodate 6 adults and 3 kids.

★ New modern furnitures. King beds in three bedrooms.

★ Brand new heated pool and SPA, the pool is 30 feet long and 15 feet wide. There is a 7 feet by 15 feet Sun Shelf area for sun bathing.

★ All Brand New Appliance, Washer & Dryer.

★ High speed mesh Wifi through the house and backyard (200Mbps).

★ Fully Equipped Kitchen.

★ Smart TVs. One TV in the living room and one TV in the master bedroom.

★ Gas Burning Fire Pit, Outdoor Lounge Chairs, Hammock Chair, BBQ Grill. (Guest is responsible for refilling the propane tank for BBQ Grill and Fire Pit, host will reimburse.)

★ Back yard is fully fenced.

★ Truly undisrupted 180 degree of the valley and Joshua Tree Mountain Range.

★Keurig espresso machine with K-Cup provided. Not working with ground coffee.

★Utensil, Wine Opener, Pizza Cutter, Cookware, Dinnerware, Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Wash Cloth, Shampoo, Body Wash, Conditioner, Dish Wash, Laundry Detergent, Kitchen Towel, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags etc are provided.

Guest can access everything in the property.

Security:
We have a Non-Recording video camera on the outdoor front entrance. This is for our use only to remotely monitor package delivery and service crew. Guests are never recorded or monitored. No camera inside the property or in backyard.
Guest interaction
I will prefer communicating on the platform. Panpan is my cohost and she will help me reply most of the messages. However feel free to text or call me if there is an emergency. I will try my best to reply messages, but I may not reply your message timely between 9pm to 8 am.

You can expect a quick response to questions, but you will have privacy during your stay. If any maintenance is needed we will do our best to get someone there same day.
