Where are the properties located?
We have 5 properties at Joshua Tree, 1 property at Sequoia National Park, 1 property at North Lake Tahoe and 1 property at Shenandoah National Park. There is a map under each listing to show the exact location of each property.
Is there a nightly minimum?
We have a two nights minimum requirement.
How to communicate with us during the reservation?
We communicate with guests via email and text messages.
When can I get check-in instructions?
We send detailed self check-in instructions at 6PM two days before the check in date.
What is the check-in process?
We provide self check-in and email guests with smart lock code in the check-in message.
What is the checkout process?
We send guests an email regarding the checkout process the day before the checkout date.
Can I request early check in and late checkout?
We absolutely want to accommodate each guest and we charge $30 for two hours early check-in and $30 for two hours extended checkout. Check-in & out hours are at each listing detail page.
Is kitchen cookware, utensils, cooking oil, seasonings provided?
Yes, we provide cookware, utensils, cooking oil, salt, pepper, Keurig coffee pods, sugar at each property.
What are the amenities?
It depends on property, and more detailed amenity information is available at each listing detail page.
Is there WIFI? Can I work remotely at the property?
We provide the fastest WIFI available in the region. So zoom calls and remote work is not a problem.
What's your policy for cancellations and rescheduling requests?
- 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days of check-in.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
- We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note, we are unable to reschedule your stay if given less than 14 days' notice before your scheduled check-in.
